Looks like the Spirit rover will not find sedimentary rock unless it drives for several weeks to the East Hills.
I hope they drive it there.
Otherwise, the JPL Scientists will go back to David Drier and say that the next rover "might find it".
Looks like STS isn't the only program looking to support the local swimming pool fund.
