I suppose they make guns that small. Would a 25-year old white female be carrying one unseen on her 110-pounds frame? Highly unlikely. Is that an appropriate use of time/resources?
My overall point is, who needs the hassle? That's why I can't fault those who've decided to drive in order to avoid this hassle altogether.
