Consequently, cartridge cases ejected from the G-3 are very, very hot, and will burn you if they touch you.

The ones from a H & K are also pretty toasty when they get ejected.

Imaging a nameless fellow shooting from the bench one fine summer day, when the next shooter lets go with a H & K in .308. Well, if you lean forward just right, your t-shirt will ride up in back & the waistband of your jockey shorts will gap open. The hot case can fall in that gap under the wrong conditions and when this causes one to jump to attention, the elastic waistband will hold it snugly against soft tender skin.

I just purchased a G3 from my 19 yr old. He is headed overseas and saw no reason to retain it. I gave him a small amount of cash and laser grips for the m-9. So what have I got here, and will it blow in my face?
