Immigration: Conservatives Beat Around The “Bush”

Immigration: Conservatives Beat Around The “Bush” Should Bush Be Impeached?

I have a “friend,” lets call him Mike.

Mike has labored along side both illegal -- and legal -- Mexicans. He has found them -- for the most part -- hard working, honest, big hearted, good natured; family oriented, teem workers, with a sense of humor: who don’t take themselves to seriously! Mike especially enjoys it when they ask him to help them learn English. Mike likes to explain to them that many Spanish and English words have common Latin roots.

Mike would like very much to help them go back to Mexico and improve their own country, that they love so much. Mike asserts: "If they want to be Americans, than they have to get back in line with others that are waiting to get into our great country.” Mike says that this is the right thing to do. The fair thing to do. The moral thing to do, and -- most importantly -- the legal thing to do.

Mike is big hearted and would find it difficult to turn anyone away from our great Country. But if he were President Of The United States (not President Of The World) he would (1) have to take care of Americans first. (2) He would have to uphold the laws -- the constitution -- that he swore before God that he would uphold. Mike believes these PRINCIPLES -- these duties as President Of The United States -- should trump all financial (or the material equivalent) considerations: whether personal, family, city, state, national or international. My “friend" Mike asserts, that if a setting President Of The United States, willfully, deliberately and blatantly; runs counter to, disobeys, or circumvents his (or her) sworn and grave duties, as President; than he is guilty of dereliction of duty, and should be severely reprimanded or removed from the August office of The Presidency. If he (The President) is found on investigation to have received a bribe, or is “in the pocket” of a foreign power: than he must be removed from the most high office of President Of The United States.

To do less, Mike says, would be to disregard the inherent responsibilities of freedom, liberty, Justice and law; -- our American heritage -- that the founding Fathers have so entrusted us all: including the President Of The United States.

Here it comes, JimRob and Bushbots.

Here comes hell.

Professional trolls are registering this week.

Starting today.

Or maybe six months ago? Who knows?

All I can say is --- it's going to be ugly.

Hail Discordia! Eris

Does anyone have a comment that speaks to the body of what I wrote? ... Per chance. Should Bush, in fact, be impeached?

Oh,Please. We didn't impeach Reagan when he gave amnesty.Bush isn't going as far as Reagan.he didn't grant anything,he suggested this. You don't impeach for suggesting or proposing.

The Congress will have to act and I hope they look at the Jordon immigration report. There must be more stringent requirements in place to stop the constant inflow.

OK, I'll speak to the gibberish of what you wrote.

How has the President been guilty of dereliction and who is calling upon an investigation?

The President has merely suggested a proposal and if it were accepted it cannot be enacted into law without approval from both houses of congress!

By all means, Lackey, let's impeach any lawmaker who may float a trial balloon.

It may or may not be a good idea, arguments can be made on both sides, but it is clearly the objective of a democrat operative to be calling for investigations and impeachment before anything remotely substantial comes of it.

Nicely done. You got your post in seven seconds before mine and said basicly the same thing. Hopefully, we've sent AmericanMan back to the "Lehane School of Dirty Tricks"!

Right! I'm glad someone around here is at least awake -- my hats off to you! I hope it is just a
"trial balloon" Rove is known for that kind of move. But don't "impeach" my motives. I'm NOT
a troll. I've defended Bush plenty of times -- TRUST ME!

This is what I was going to post before you did
OK. I -- to be frank -- had hoped that someone would answer the question “should Bush Be
Impeached “ with a NO. God knows I’ve defended him enough times! Oh well , maybe I will
have to do it myself if no one is up to the task! >You proved me wrong ! now lets unite!<
