Do I understand correctly that if this petition is granted, it will take effect immediately?
If this is granted, what immediate recourse does Terri's family have to keep from being shut out completely?
In fact, Terri's family was already shut out completely when she was admitted for rehydration in October -- they had no idea how she was, what was being done. And we know that Michael and Felos behaved despicably at that time -- the family was allowed in to visit only AFTER Terri had been released -- but the family had no idea of that! nor did they know where or how Terri was for HOURS after that!
We know Terri's admission for rehydration was delayed for hours even after Gov. Bush signed 'Terri's bill' that was passed by the majority of the FL house and senate. But at least did the EMT's start an IV immediately in Terri? Or not?
