W finally got some balls and took the democRATS on - i work for DoJ and most federal judtges are a$$holes....this is great news....go pickering.....and i understand the other 4 (5?) were asked if they wanted a recess appointment and they didn't as they are not as old as judge p.....for whatever reason - this is great news....
