Since when is questioning Bush's political moves a faux pas? I only posted my 2 cents as to why I thought Bush did what he did when he did. If you disagree with it by all means address it but don't act as if I'm flaming the man. You are aware that he IS a politican btw?

I am aware of a handful of disgruntled posters using every excuse to bash President Bush because he doesn't follow the timetable and agenda they have decided he must adhere to. I'm aware that some folks are so miserable that they assign nefarious motives to any action the president takes that doesn't address the issue they believe is best for the country.
This appointment is good news and it is unfortunate that you are unable to accept it at face value. The country got a fine new Judge and the leftist, liberal democrats got a public spanking. That makes me happy.
