How much longer can Bush wait to appoint others? Maybe the others don't want a recess appointment. They'd have to give up their current jobs/careers for a temporary one-year assignment.

It has been three years! How much longer can Bush wait to appoint others?Bush used the judicial nominee issue to orchestrate the 2002 democrat bloodbath. I imagine that he will use the same issue this year leading up to the next democrat blood bath. :-D
