Instapundit has picked up on the Powerline piece as well. That's a major traffic site. Add that to Andrew Sullivan linking it, and I'd say this story is beginning to break into the mainstream.

But the investigation into possible security violations by O'Neill may drown it out.

Well, Suskind doesn't take much figuring out (duh, which way is a liberal Jew from Manhattan gonna break on the election?) but O'Neill is more puzzling.

Hearing him on the radio, his voice is extremely effeminate; Suskind's is also, to a lesser degree. Of course, O'Neill's treasury bio says he is married with grown children, so he may not be someone whose main unspoken issue is Bush's opposition to gay "marriage," even if that's what he sounds like.

O'Neill does not appear to have ever been in the military. He worked much of his life (1961-1977) as a government bureaucrat.
