That is absolute nonsense. Wild duck has a fraction of the fat of farm-raised chicken or turkey. It is quite lean and quite nutritious. And besides which, animal fat is not the demon you people think, witness the success of Atkins and lack of evidence to support skyrocketing cholesterol rates among devotees.

You are wrong....
The Atkins works because it puts your body in Ketosis which makes your body burn fat for fuel thus loosing weight.
Is it healthy NO and Animal fat does clog arteries, and if you don't balance out your diet with other foods ANIMAL FAT will get to your heart. Yes hormone free meats are definetly better to eat, we have many grocery stores here that only sell hormone range free chickens and other meats which is healthier than chicken from farms, and animals you might kill in the wild that carry disease.
