You can't simply move animals unless you intend to ship them halfway across the country. They find their way back. I thought we didn't have any human-free habitat to send them to anyway? (remember the assertion about bear attacks because there isn't enough habitat left?) So we'd just be shipping the problem animals to someone else's backyard right?
