You can't tell me you've been on these FReepathon threads for this long and you don't know what a Fair Funkle is!
Try again. ;)

This low carb really took a lot of psyching myself up to get into it. Until a week ago, I was a Dew addict!
One of my best gifts is my ability to make homemade bread. I ground my own flour for it, for gosh sakes!!!
I'll be able to add the whole grain bread back in someday. But in the meantime, a scary medical test and my doctor convinved me this is the route I need to take if I want to live to watch the grandkids grow up! I choose life. ;)

I can't live without pasta and rice.Taters and radishes here. Along with meat, of course. A few carrots and tomatos once in a while but mostly meat and taters.

I love it - the rarer the better!!!!!!
But I could live on chicken every night of the week.
Come to think about it - it's been more than a week since we've had beef. We've had chicken, venison, turkey and seafood this week. And will be eating leftovers of turkey and seafood for the next 2 or 3 nights.

I have more pork than beef in the freezer right now........primarily because beef has been so expensive.
There are not that many things that I don't eat. And even fewer that I won't cook if hubby likes it. I hate brussell sprouts, but I will cook them, in fact I grow them in the garden cause hubby likes them. If he wants liver he has to take me out for dinner - because I won't cook it and won't be around it being cooked - I've hated that since I was a kid.

I've been watching your comments on the Dew. And the doctor report.
I never did bread until a friend gave me a bread machine - and even with that, hubby handles it, he's the bread fanatic in this house - I can live without it most of the time.

I can live without it most of the time.I can live without it unless it's home made.
Then, watch out mama, don't get between me and the bread.
If you do someone's going to be paying medical bills.
