Add electonic fingerprinting, background checks and documentation for all foreign visitors, including those 28 european countries and Canada and we will have come a long way to recapturing our security. In addition, we need some type of punishment, jail time in Death Valley for Northerners or ANWAR for Southern illegals and we will have a real deterent.
