When Jeff[jdege] first made the moving GIF map, I used to stare at it for minutes at a time. There were so many changes made in the last 19 years. I remember when Florida enacted their law and I lived in Tennessee at the time. The CCW laws seem to stop the handgun bans that were popular during the 1980's.
