So much for protecting Terri Schiavo's right to due process.

Something like 19 judges and 7 courts have reviewed the Schiavo case. I have to say that she's probably received more due process than 99.99% of the people that ever step in a court house...

And even still, she deserves 1 more....and then 1 more....and then 1 more....etc. until her evil husband is defeated in his attempt to legally murder her. She is not accused of any crime so don't compare her to the other 99.99% that have stepped into a court house.

It has been posted here before that only a couple of judges have found so-called "fact" or made rulings. The rest have just said that's his call, or not my jurisdiction. Perhaps when one of the legal folks stops around, they can give us a clearer account.

Those numbers are incorrect and Felos spits them out every chance he gets. ONE judge has reviewed Terri's current case and an appellate panel concurred. The Florida Supreme Court, the US Supreme Court and the Federal Court all declined to hear the case.

OTOH, the will of the people as reflected in their elected representatives -- the legislature and governor -- don't want the tubes pulled.

Terri's view? Nothing on record, just her the word of her husband who has already moved in and fathered children with another woman.

Something stinks.

The decent thing to do is to give custody to her parents.
