or Lüneberger or Vogelbräu (little local brewery in Karlsruhe in a converted theater, very "hoppy"). Oh great, I'm dying for a Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier kristall (weizen) now.

Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr are my faves. Best beers in the world, imo.
