Right click somewhere on the desktop where you don't have a program running. Select Properties. Select Desktop. Select Browse. Go to where your picture is and select it. Click OK. Click OK. done.

I did that, glock. It REALLY screwed up my own desktop...he's got a brand new laptop, and while a joke's a joke...I do value my life.
