You weren't going to vote for Dubya anyways, were you? And you spend so much time trying to convince others to stop supporting Bush, I would have thought you'd be celebrating today much as the Palestinians did on 9/11.

There are LOTS of Bush voters who are very disappointed today. I would guess a majority, but I don't know.

I know a majority of Freepers who took the poll on the home page are disappointed.

Of course he wasn't. Look this is just the regular influx of patsies, brownies and a lot of deanies that comes about every election cycle. It is good for a few laughs but their mock outrage is so darn predictable it has ceased to be challenging. I guess it adds some spice to the forum but I can see and read better GOP hate on DU any day. The ones that are really a hoot are the "libertarians" the party of open borders yelling about the immigration proposal.

Can I be truthful here?

Come election time, if another viable conservative candidate wasn't running against President Bush, I would have more than likely supported and voted for him.

However, after watching his amnesty speech the other night, President Bush will never receive another vote from me, regardless who is running.

I'll just sit it out if there is no other real conservative choice as I refuse to support, or be be part of this plan.

Even the mere suggestion of this plan should be enough to wake up others that were on the fence.

Those left that are putting party before country, will live to regret it.
