[history]
One lesson is abundantly clear in "The Apprentice," the new reality show that positions Donald Trump as a demigod. Money -- even The Donald's billions of dollars -- can't buy good hair. With his seedy combover, which perches on his forehead like a mohair racoon, the world-famous real estate baron is living proof that conspicuous consumption does not necessarily include a personal Fab Five.

I thought it was horrible that Kwame didn't know he could fire her. Omarosa is evil. then she had the nerve to say Kwame wasn't hands on when "we had things go wrong." she had things go wrong... she's gross... i've done a lot of logistics with event planning in my career, and i can tell you--i was always contactable--by cell phone or walkie-talkie... her visiting with Jessica up in the suite when she didn't do her job just floored me... it's always nice to shmooze with the powers that be when something you work so hard for is a success... i couldn't imagine enjoying it if i didn't do my part... i would feel like a hypocrit... her work ethic is severely lacking...

Well if I was a headhunter for a major corporation watching this show, I know who I would pick. Omarosa better milk her 15 minutes for all its worth. I can't imagine her getting a job after this.

oh yeah--one more thing... on our local news channel tonight, there was a brief segment where The Donald was talking about the two finalists being fine guys and how hard it was to choose... he was very slightly leaning toward Bill before tonight... however, he did say that in the end, Omarosa pulled Kwame way back...
To: latina4dubya
Yeah I saw something similar too on the news. I really think if it wasn't for Omarosa that Kwame would have won.

Did you see the little tease at the very end of the show hinting that some of the people in this last group might show up as contestants next fall . . . Then they cut to close-ups of a grinning Omarosa and a smiling Sam?
Don't know if I can stomach anymore of Omarosa . . . Kind of like watching Hillary or Eleanor Clift.

I agree, Kwame's inability to deal with Omorosa was a huge hurdle. Plus, it seemed Kwame's team talked him down, but Bill's team talked him up. Overall Trump made the right choice. Can you imagine a better statement for Kwame than to have Omorosa escorted off the property at the start of the episode? Even if they had been short-handed, I bet he would have scored points with Trump.
To: cyborg
But, like Trump said, he could have shuffled her off to a corner, if he didn't think he could have fired her.

I have a feeling that Kwame will do fine. Just sucks that people on his team were not behind him and then he had that wicked witch after him too.

Yup... he let her run loose too long and paid for it in the end.

even though he would have only had three on his team, he still should have fired Omarosa--she was useless anyway... it's like he had three on team anyway because she's a lazy, thinks-she's too good, no good, unprofessional, lying witch...
i don't believe this season's contestants will be back as actual contestants next season... i think they will play a different part... gosh--i wish Troy would have fired Omarosa... i do like that guy... and i really liked his and Kwame's relationship...
To: cyborg
oh--one more thing... in my opinion, Kwame had the more difficult task... and wasn't it funny when The Donald asked Omarosa if she thought Jessica Simpson was beautiful and Omarosa said she's a pretty girl... and then George said, "she's beautiful!" in a tone that showed he thought Omarosa was full of it... haha! she's such a fool... she didn't even realize they thought she was crazy...
To: latina4dubya
Did anybody notice how many times Omarosa used the word "logistics" in her interviews/commentary?
Kwame put her in charge of logistics, so I guess she liked the words "logistics." It was a new buzz word for her.
It reminded me of a completely ignorant child that just learned a new word and is trying to impress everybody.

I have seen many managers that don't want to fire a bad worker for fear of losing head count. It never works out.

It kind of looks like they were photographed separately and photoshopped into a single photo. Casual Fridays at Trump Enterprises rock!

I saw Nick on Fox & Friends this morning. He says he's not sure exactly what he's going to be doing in the immediate future, but his goal is politics...New Jersey politics.
The F&F crew neglected to ask him what party.

If he has a brain, he'll run as a nearly-dead Democrat. New Jersey loves to vote for that kind of politician.

I was thinking he's a democrat because he doesn't seem to have much of a brain. Well, between the two of us, we figured it out...with a brain, he's a dem...without a brain, he's a dem. I already knew he was a jackass, so it fits!

I think he's one of "us". I saw him on on Fox and Friends before and he said he's a huge Fox fan and listed shows like "Hannity"---(I noticed right away he said it that way, not "Hannity and Colmes").
He listed O'Reilly and Brit, too. (I know---O bugs me, but the point was Nick's list).
