I wonder if he is going to tell Fr. Biondi, S.J., President of SLU, not to take the Eucharist. How much authority does the Bishop have over an order priest? Can he suspend faculties?

I'm not sure. Biondi, though, seems to be made of teflon. Rigali tried to stop him from selling the SLU Hospital and was trumped from Rome.
