"the law is on his side because those rotten judges seem to think that not only is MS Terri's next of kin, they also seem to think that she is his chattel. They seem to think that it is alright murder her based on heresay. Not only do they think her husband has the right to starve her to death, they want the State of Florida to sanction her murder." Are you saying law is irrelevent?
In 1990, the Florida Supreme Court ruled in Estelle Browning v. Doris Herbert that patients have the right to refuse medical treatment, including artificial nutrition and hydration. The court also upheld a law that said people who can no longer communicate need only have told friends and family of their wishes not to be sustained by life support.
According to Florida law, MS is her next of kin. That holds true in most if not all states.
The point isn't whether or not her husband has the right to starve her to death, it is whether or not Teri Schiavo would wand to be sustained by life support ot artificial nutrition and hydration. The Court after hearing the testimony found "clear and convincing" evidence that Terri would not. His decision was appealed and a panel of judges reviewed the decision and concurred with the lower court. This procedure is often referred to as due process.

No, the law in Florida is being corrupted! I am saying that I believe that MS is lying and I believe his sworn testimony in a deposition proves it.

Oh, I can't believe you brought up that case...Felos was once again the attorney...gee, I think he talks about his attempt to commune to her....was it brain to brain because I don't think it could have been soul to soul...I don't think this guy has a soul. Felos, writes about God talking to him after he almost brought down the plane he was riding in by thinking of a plane crash! Felos talks about past lives. I think this guy is out of touch with reality yet the bleeding heart liberal judges of Florida seem to think he is wonderful! MS has cheated his wife of the rehab and the best care that money can buy because he wants her dead. If you love someone, you take good care of them and as for your other excuse, MS didn't use the Terri said she would want to die until 97 or 98...yet he tried to help her death along before then by withholding antibiotics...go back and read his testimony...please.

Food is not life support. Catholics are against withholding of food and also assisted suicide. Terri is Catholic. She would not go for suicide.
Wish-boy Felos who can bring a plane down with his mind isn't doing so well with his mind LATELY...

In 1990, the Florida Supreme Court ruled in Estelle Browning v. Doris Herbert that patients have the right to refuse medical treatment, including artificial nutrition and hydration. And guess what DOOD when Terri allegedly expressed her alleged wish THIS WAS ILLEGAL and food/hydration was NOT considered "medical treatment." Should not the intentions of her alleged wishes, should the conveeeeeeenient anecdotes of cheatin' hubby dearest's family be found credible, yet be interpreted in the light of what it could have legally meant at the time? It's very possible, even if she knew all the law AT THE TIME, she'd still be horrified to learn that in the future this would mean a slow starvation death.
