Very little is known about the life of Mohammed, beyond what is put forward by Islamic scholars and clerics, two groups with an obvious interest in the propagation of Islam.

But we can know him by his fruits.

However, the man - as far as can be known - is a historical figure, and its time for research into his life by men and women who are not Muslims and have no interest in the spread of Islam.
