Tell me one reason that I would support any idea let alone a proposition from that extremist left wing organization, the League of Woman Voters?

The only way to save California is to decrease taxes, reduce worker's compensation, limit tort settlements, outsource administrative functions like payroll, personnel administration and prisons.
