Engine out, you could dead stick back to the airport or ditch. Catastrophic failure-and immediate if there was no mayday sent.
Losing all engine power would still leave 90sec.-2 min.
It ended instantaniously by violence to the airframe. I would speculate elevator accident like Alaska Air, or bomb,missile terror. IMO
