Under it's current construct the UN is not capable of achieving the results he seeks.

No "international body" is capable of achieving what John Paul II seeks.

Every dog I have ever owned, with the exception of one Beagle who was given to me, was obtained at a dog pound.

That's seven dogs. Number six and seven are outside in the yard enjoying the sunshine as I type.
