The question is how much trouble will we have getting from A to B.

I heard a parable of sorts one time where a man talked about two little trees.

One, while it was very small, the owner saw it starting to grow crooked.

So what he did is tie a piece of string on the sapling to hold it up straight. It took some, but minimal effort to do that.

On the neighbors place there was a similar tree who was also growing crooked. Only that neighbor did nothing.

Many years later the man returned, and to his surprise the tree he had tended was strong and growing straight.

The one on the neighbor's old place was crooked and twisted and in fact had blown over in a huge storm.

The moral of the story is if we are corrected in our youth we will avoid many huge problems later in life.

The same is true regarding Asia. If we let it run wild we will reap problems. If we take it by the horns and train it in the direction we want, it will be better for us and all of Asia.

We just have to think ahead.

Let me give you a clue: China is communist.

The red chinese communist leaders are not going to let us "train them" to make it better for us.
