All the people I care about live in my household, or in the State of my residence--and then there are a few here and there around the world.

Funny--all the people that GWB should care about happen to be voter/citizens of the USA--not Red China.

I agree. And I support Americans being able to do this and send there money where they wish. You don't really believe this though clearly.
