Hamptons' brats wouldn't be caught dead in Crawford. This rant sounds like the same sewage I am subjected to when my relatives vist (and they are sitting in the next room!).
I can't wait til they gather their stuff and head NORTH tomorrow!

I have screaming lefty relatives, too. We have mutually come to the conclusion that there is no point in arguing about things that we aren't going to agree on, so we have a moratorium on political talk when I am visiting. It works pretty well.

I pity you. 99% of my close relatives are conservative. My Uncle who died in October Worked as Dean in a University. He was deluded. Even his sons have been enlightened. My brother married into a family where the father was a university professor. She was part of the 1%. I liked her as did all the rest of the family. We all were shocked this fall to hear they were divorcing. I bet deep down the fact that she was a liberal democrat and a union school teacher made the future impossibel for them.
