Over 35 states allow CCW and many of them just went thru the throws of allowing it (Minesota). All the opponents said the streets would be flowing in blood. But all the doom and gloom has never happened. I'm sick of the ignorant hype. The stats from the CCW allowing states need to be brought up at every debate.
The stats from the CCW allowing states need to be brought up at every debate. I used the numbers from the Texas CCW website, and calculated that if everyone were as law-abiding as Texas CCW holders, violent crime would decrease by 70%.
Some crimes, such as kidnapping and robbery, would decrease by 99%.
