What will be the saturation point is anybody's guess. We're well past the saturation point ---- but welfare and all the many government poverty programs are covering that up ---- what happens when you try to cut back on any of these programs? When the food stamp allotment is cut back or free health care is denied? If the welfare class ever had to go out and try and get a job to feed themselves and found there are no jobs at all for them to do.

We sure are.......funny NO ONE ever adresses the 1-2 MILLION standing around on corners, daily, across the USA. IF they had 'steady jobs' they wouldn't be on the corner, DAILY.
Didn't we just have a thread, with a *sob* story about one man only getting TWO days work per week on his corner??? Now he can't afford to take his YEARLY, MONTH long vacation to mexico for the holidays.
