Yes, I often sit back and think about what She has seen and done in that time span.

Going from horse & buggy to cars/airplanes to the shuttle. All the wars. She worked in a bomb factory during WW2 while all Her Sons were in the Military (they all suddenly were the age of 18;^})

Raised 5 kids during the Depression also.

She has been collecting Camel anything ever since I can remember from carvings to a Camel saddle, even has ridden them. Her version of a hamburger was pound it about 1/4" thick toss it in a hot pan and flip it over and it was cooked for her. She drank bloody marys and smoked unfiltered Camels for years (gave up the cigs about 25 years ago)

No update yet, will call tonight if I don't hear something first.

LOL. there wasn't enough snow to bring out the snowblower... only about 4"

my kids were half done by the time I finished putting their playstation and rescue rangers stuff together :o)

just finished pushing snow around... now I'm fixin to roast a 10 lb picnic, should be eating supper in about 5 hours (slow is good!), which means there'll be cracklins and Rolling Rock when bro Pete-R-Bilt shows up a little later. My wife gave me gifts of baklava and marzipan. I may yet be freeping from the cardiac ward. yikes.

If ya end up in ICU then be sure to use a hard wire not a wireless for the laptop, it might interfere with the EKG signal! ;O)

Just Me and Mama for today the Grandkids will be here tomorrow.

Just finished up fajitas and going into a food-coma till we got room for desert.

Still no update on Mom-Mom yet.

O.K. here is the update:

12:15 EST today Mom-Mom passed quietly. She will be creamated and after My Aunt Barb gets well there will be a Memorial Service at a later date.

I just found out and am a little ticked-off at the rest of the family for not letting Me know before I called them so I will stew privately for a while about that.

Again I want to thank All of You for the prayers sent.

I will be back on later.
