Maybe you should stick to Pennsylvania stories. You might have a a better chance at being less confused.

Thanx for the advice. I think I did a remarkable job explaining CA politics to you, and I don't look at your failure to comprehend a simple statement like "Republican CA State representative Ray Haynes asserts that Dan Lungren was pro-Prop187" as being my fault in anyway. I did all that any human being could to help you, and I take great pride in this.

Happy New Year to you, and I hope for you it is a year of enormous education and contemplation.

Lundgren didn't campaign for Prop 187 when it was on the ballot. Wilson did, and only after it became obvious 187 was going to win by a huge margin. Lundren never mentioned 187 at all in his later run for Governor. It could be that you have a better view of California politics from your bunker next to Punxatawney Phil than those of us who have lived here for decades. Apparently you think so.
