They don't read faxes or email, and letters are not often delivered because of the antrax scare. It's better to make a phone call. Takes time to get through, but it's worth the effort.

I got a better idea. They laugh their asses off as they toss away our letters, faxes, phone calls. File a class action lawsuit. That is the only thing that will get their attention.
