It is my understanding that Bush DID pardon Bill Clinton when they should have been thrown in prison wearing orange jumpsuits. And as far as I am concerned Bush is just as much of a criminal as Bill Clinton for what he is doing to this country right now. The only reason why Bush is acting like such a whipped puppy is because of Hillary Clinton kicking his butte from behind the scenes.

Bush never pardoned Clinton for anything.

Coming from someone who says that Bush is just a evil as Clinton, I really can't place much value on the above statement.
