Breathtaking.

That would be the Dan Lundgren who wrote the 1986 Amnesty for Illegals?

The courts didn't kill 187, they sat on it until Gray Davis, who'd promised to uphold it, got elected and could kill it.

If you like revisionism, you ought to check out quotes from President Bush saying that 187 would have kept the children of Illegals out of public schools.
