We've had neocon hacks on the tube telling us there's no "right to privacy" in the Constitution for about 2 years, wasn't he listening?

No he wasn't...mostly because he lives in Florida where the right to privacy is in the state constitution.

Could you quote me the section that says "right to privacy" takes precedent over investigations into drug law violation?
