Did he misrepresent his alien status when he got a job? he's a liar. Did he work off the books and not pay taxes? - he's a thief. Did he present fraudulent documents to obtain a job - he's a criminal. He should spend time in prison for those offenses, have his assets seized and then be booted out of the country - never to return. Did you ever exceed the speed limit?
