Flame away all on this thread and tell me how Howard Dean would solve your problema.

Dean won't solve the problem, but with a Republican Congress they would never support an amnesty that he proposed. I remember seeing Republicans on tv complaining like the dickens, and rightly so when Clinton proposed an amnesty. I just hope we see them this time around too.

A Dean presidency would also force a movement to the right.

But we cannot take the chance of Dean as commander in chief. That is a nightmare scenario.

They will be there, IMHO, this is a non-issue, which will resolve itself favorably, despite the fervor on FR for this issue.
