Since she was blackmailing Rush, her credibility should be null and void.

Which proof do you have that the maid was blackmailing Rush?

The maid's credibility was enhanced when she presented the prosecutor with e-mails and voice recordings supporting her story.

I have not read about Rush having the maid on tape trying to blackmail Rush.

Do you have a link to any story providing proof of the maid's blackmail beyond Roy Black's statements?

Unless they searched his house and it was not made public, they only have the Doctor shopping charges to levy against him. He would have destroyed any meds he had when going to treatment. When this first came to light, the DA was mad at the maid for going to the Enquirer. He seemed to think it would kill their case against any number of people she was selling to.

(They originally allowed her to plea down to get her pharmacist friend that was supplying many people through her.)

First you tell me that her credibility was enhanced because she blackmailed Limbaugh. Then you tell me there is no evidence that she blackmailed him?

You can't have it both ways! We don't live in England and I presume you aren't Rosie O'Donnel.

Roy Black made the statement in court. Rush's former housekeeper has not denied that she tried to blackmail Rush.

"The maid's credibility "

In Florida it's a class four misdemeanor to release any information about an investigation for profit.

I'm no lawyer but I suspect the illegal nature of her expose in the Enquirer would impeach her testimony.
