Note the post up the thread about someones' junkie father (friends') who with several arrests has never seen jail. Having been on a grand jury for two months, and seen how many of the indictments had "drug court eligible" stamped on them (ie no jail time) for people with previous drug arrests - and we're talking meth here, not pain pills - Rush is not only NOT getting preferential treatment, they're hunting him down.

He may be protecting someone. On one of the threads I read that he went to rehab with someone. Could be rumor, it was from some other news source.

LJ, I'll make a bet with you. My money is on Rush getting a deal with the DA, his records will stay sealed and he wont do a day in jail. Wanna bet?

If it were me or you in his position I doubt we would fare as well.
