Unless he had the marijuana on his person one of the others will take the fall.If it was just in the car one of the others will claim that it was his and Goreboy will get off.
Someone may take a fall for Algore Jr.Jr. but I don't see why. All persons in the car are at risk of arrest after this recent ruling:

1. Suspended from St. Albans for pot possesion.
2. Reckless driving
3. DUI
Looks like it's jailtime for Albert III.

I believe that ruling relates to those who want to shirk their personal responsibilities. If someone stands up and claims it is their property then there's nothing more to done.
