I think you may have 'read' her wrong. She may have been attempting to convey her sorrow over the depraved nature Clinton made up his presidency...not that she was sorry he was impeached.

Along the same logic, if men didn't have the right to be president, we wouldn't have had to look at clinton for 8 years. Male hormones were his problem after all.
