So between Al-Queda and Bill Clinton controlling most of the judiciary, why bother fighting the WOT any more?

The Padilla ruling, I understand. But how the h*ll do Us courts even claim jurisdiction over foreign citizens being held outside the country??? Their treatment should be solely determined by existing US treaties and agreements between our government and those of the detainees'. Grrrrr.

It's time to arrest some judges.

While I am not thrilled with this ruling, since they are foreign nationals captured in wartime circumstances, I'm equally not thrilled with being detained indefinately without charges or a prospect of release. There has to be a medium struck. Squeeze info out of them, then if they have killed a US soldier without being under color of another nations flag, try em for murder -- or let em go.

Congress can act to remove this matter from federal courts' jurisdiction. Our Ratified Constitution permits Congress shall have this power, not the president, not the courts. Congress alone. Read it.

Congress must get busy or congressmen must get other employment as We the People begin to take back our Republic.

Impeachment and removal of rogue, anti-Constitutional judges must be outsted from office to forfeit their fat salaries, benefits, perks, and status.

To start, the 9th must be purged for their seditious acts under color of law.

At first I thought it just HAD to be a joke!

But the 9th Circus is the joke!

Will they take personal responsibility, if, as a result of access to attorney, the terrorists are able to communicate to other terrorists, and/or won't provide any more intel, and as ultimate result thousands of innocents may die?

The solution is obvious. The judges of the 9th circuit court of appeals are clearly acting on behalf of a terrorist organization. Declare 'em unlawful combatants, and send 'em to Gitmo.

I suggest President Bush put the Gitmo detainees before military tribunals post haste, and have them convicted and immediately executed, in order to prevent the 9th circus from ruling that the detainees should be given federal entitlements, homes in Malibu, and Congressional Medals of Honor.
