LOL, deprogramming! Fortunately, most of my brother's activities were declassified so he finally got to tell us where and what he did. For the most part.
He was also in OSI and he still can't tell us what he did for them. But at his retirement, he got a lot of cool ribbons and patches and certificates from them for whatever he did.
And, even after retiring in March of 2003, he had to "go fix things" in some undisclosed job all of a sudden. Our theory is he's special, special, special ops. But I also think he just went to Qatar to set up the command computers since he's in IT.

My buddy's contract gives Northrop the right of refusal if he wants to go back into IT, meaning they can nix job offers from certain companies.
I would venture a guess that it has to do with possible espionage versus his ability to teach the Chinese about the flux capacitor Northrop removed from a peace bringing wayward spacecraft full of pasty white, 75 pound Liberals.
