I think voter fraud is for voting illegally. I think this woman was performing a public service.
Where I live, they mailed me the form, I mailed it back, and was registered. I am sure they verified my residence.
Heck, you could register everyone in your county, that doesn't mean they are going to show up on election day and vote.
I think you jumped the gun on this.

Seems as if it facilitates fraud at minimum. Just counting on people not showing up to vote gives me for one, darned little comfort.
A link posted earlier shows two types ID required at specific locations for registration. So,......I dunno.
Would you give your drivers license number and personal info to a stranger at the store? I wouldn't

I am sure they verified my residence. I am sure they accomplished this "verification" by the fact that you received the form at (or via) the address you gave them, and nothing more.

Actually prairiebreeze has not jumped the gun even though your comment about voter fraud is technically correct. What we have here is a case of nation wide voter fraud by legislation.
The dems wrote MOTOR VOTER for this express purpose. They inserted numerous hidden loop holes in that legislation. Now they are using those loop holes. They will do ANYTHING to register their minions to vote.
While this legislation didn't make it legal to register illegal aliens etc. it did make it near impossible to check it out and in fact discourages checking.
When a person registers to vote, even if they don't see or read the fine print about being a citizen etc. their signature says they are a citizen. NONE of the statements will be checked, and they will be allowed to vote.
It's called planned loop holes. The authors of the bill know where they are, how to use, and abuse them.
They (RATS) recently did the same thing (again with a lot of help from republicrats) with campaign finance reform. It is riddled with planned holes which allow those who wrote them to take advantage of them and funnel vast amounts of money into the party of their choice.
