voter registration required verification of citizenship and age and needed to be done by state or county officials. No, it doesn't. Heck, I've done this before myself at fairs, outside stores, etc. We have forms from the local registrar's office that people fill out and give back to us, and we take them back to the office. Plenty of voter registration tables can be seen in election season, and they very rarely have actual officials manning them. You overreacted a bit, IMO.
