The NFL may soon require all White males in the league to undergo sensitivity training, just because they are White.
Whitey is not trusted to make decisions solely based on the qualifications of the job, if that qualification is that the applicant not be a Whitey.
This is the new NFL. I turned it off years ago with the rest of professional sports.
Probably all white coaches and managers and soon after this owners are probably required to take PC/Diversity/Sensitivity and anger management courses at this time.
