This coming Thursday, Judge Baird is hearing the case of Michael Schiavo v. Jeb Bush. Judge Baird has his own agenda. If Baird rules against Terri, then we're back to square one because even though Jeb Bush will have Appeal Rights, the Appeals Court will probably reaffirm Judge Baird.

In other words, this is another plea that we may need some major assistance after this Thursday and if Jeb is denied on appeal. THEY'LL TRY TO END TERRI'S LIFE FASTER THIS TIME, I'M AFRAID. They have the "privacy" and the "means". Fregards, Floriduh Voter

"Judge" Baird, this creature is hardly worthy of the title "judge" or the label "Republican." What a sick "jurist" who can announce his stand before he ever hears the case, and in FL there is just no real way to appeal anything of substance. The people of FL know not what is happening.
