I wonder which network will have dean first? How he will spin this.
It seems the DNC talking point is going to be to diffuse this as a national victory having nothing to do with bush.
talking point will be: Great day for the United States and a great victory for the troops.
Everybody keep track for the DNC phrase of the day.
