Must have been just a coincidence the the tribunal was formed one week before Saddam was caught. What about the DNA testing? You can't do that in less than a week.
LA Slimes reporter just asked about the War Crimes Tribunal and will Saddam be turned over to them.

(The federal government will spend $21,000 per household in 2003, up from $16,000 in 1999.)

What about the DNA testing? You can't do that in less than a week. DNA matching takes a significant amount of time. DNS testing, which gives only a probability of identification, is done quite quickly. But the combination of DNA, scars, and appearance would be enough to establish certainty.

I held off on posting about the DNA testing in deference to the general celebration, but you are of course correct.
Get a flu shot.

What about the DNA testing? You can't do that in less than a week. You gotta source for that info? I had been pretty certain DNA testing could be done in a much shorter time.
